How long does it take to receive approval for a court rental?

All court rental requests are subject to approval.
Although such approval is generally a formality, you may not receive it immediately after submitting a rental request; please be patient.
In order to accommodate the needs of as many players as is practical, we attempt to maximize court use whenever possible. This often results in court assignments being changed after a rental request is submitted.
Ideally, rental approvals will show the final court assignment for any given rental and delaying approval helps with this objective. However, the court number shown on the approval is not guaranteed and the renter is still obliged to check final court assignments when arriving at our facility prior to play.
