How do I complete the Waiver and/or Terms & Conditions of Membership and Play?

Doylestown Pickleball

If you are asked to complete a Waiver and/or a Registration Agreement, you may find the following information helpful.

The guidance here assumes that you agree to the terms and conditions given in these documents. You may view the documents themselves either by selecting the relevant button ("View & Review...") at the very top of the waiver panel (see the first image below) or via the FAQs.

If you are not prepared to sign your agreement to these terms and conditions, you may not rent courts or participate in any type of event at Doylestown Pickleball.

You may complete these forms on several device types (phone, tablet or desktop computer for example); the images given below show the desktop computer version. The appearance of these forms may be a little different depending upon the specific device that you're using, but the principle remains the same.

Many of you will be required to sign two agreements. These images assume that to be the case and the two required documents are, therefore, shown together. If you have previously signed one, but not the other, or if you are being asked to sign an updated version, you may only see one document that remains to be signed.

Each document has two requirements: a checkbox AND a signature. Before you can "SAVE SIGNATURE", each must be completed.
Selecting "CLICK TO SIGN", will bring up the dialog shown below. The signature panel (the area highlighted with the red rectangle) is where you will actually write your signature. You will do this by using your mouse (or finger if using a touchscreen device) as a "pen" in order to "write" your signature. You must enter something in this signature panel; it cannot be left blank.
Once you have signed in the signature panel ("Sample" in this example), you may "CONTINUE".If you do not like what you have "written", you may "CLEAR" and try again.
After you "CONTINUE", you should see something similar to that shown below. You may now repeat the above sequence to sign the second document. Remember that the checkboxes must be checked as well.
Once you have completed the second signature panel and checked the boxes, you should see something similar to that shown below. You are now ready to "SAVE SIGNATURE".When you do that, you should be logged in to CourtReserve and be able to navigate freely.
